+The condo was lovely. Everything was clean and relatively comfy.
−Comfier seating in the living room would've gone a long way. The couch was great, but only fit 3 of us and the other chairs provided were not the greatest. Nicer linens also would have taken the place up a notch.

“We loved the condo and the location, having access to a pool was brilliant. We would definitely stay again.”
+The Condos are a great place to stay in Moab. Perfect location for us, less than 10 minutes from downtown Moab but out of the hustle and bustle. It was clean and exactly as described, easy to check in/out. Amazing to have a pool and hot tub available! Really great value in the pricy Moab area, we would definitely stay again.
−We only had two small issues, we would have really liked some tinfoil/parchment for cooking and the nearby road is a bit loud with trucks using their air brakes on occasion when they aren’t supposed too! Not really anything the owners can do about that, but if you’re sensitive to noise try and pick a condo nearest the cliffs or facing the pool.

“It better not rain.”
−Rainwater is directed by the parking lot to fill the entire entry way, so we had to wade through the hallway pond to enter the place. We humped our luggage over the ground floor patio wall to try not soak the place with soggy footprints and muddy roller wheels. A lamp in the second bedroom was only held in place by leaning the almost completely disconnected neck into the corner. Yikes! Also, pillows were as hard and as huge as hay bales. It's obvious the owners don't ever stay there as no one would leave this to be setup as it is. Bed corners are sure to remind your shins about the hazards of a hard angle. Ouch. Luckily, by the second day, the pond subsided and we only had the powdery dirt of a dried desert beneath our shoes. No black-out curtains in the bedroom means ya don't even need to set your alarm, as the sun is your everyday reminder. Ugh. Sleep at home before ya rent this place.
