“Cosy little inn with basic amenities, very pleasant stay”
+The property was very close to the scenic / quieter side of the West Lake. It was a cosy inn located in a quiet neighbourhood with several other small inns. The owner / staff was very friendly and helpful, and made our stay very pleasant. The duplex suite we were in was large & we liked the tier seating in the tatami sleeping area. There is a projector in the room where you can watch iQiyi movies. I did not realise the property does not have a lift and we had quite a bit of baggage, which the staff / owner gladly helped us bring upstairs.
−The room does not have a fridge or microwave, you would have to go downstairs to the common kitchen. There is a fan on the upper deck of the room which would have helped with air circulation, but the fan was very dusty and we did not dare use it. Most didi vehicles do not drive in to the small roads, so you have to walk a short distance out (~100m).

+The location is great, and all the city's attractions are nearby. The rooms are excellent, with beautiful views. I would like to express my gratitude to the kind-hearted owner of the hotel and his family. He was very helpful, even late at night. The young man who works for him speaks English. He is so well-mannered and kind that he even offered to go to the pharmacy for us when we needed assistance. Every day, we were given freshly brewed local tea. The owner also grows delicious cucumbers in his garden, which he shared with us.After our departure, we were given a very beautiful evil-repelling bracelet. The owners are very kind and lovely people. I wish you all the best, health, happiness, and prosperity! I recommend this hotel 100%.

“Excellent Staff n 2 fluffy cats”
+the staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly and even helped us carry our luggages and kept our laundry. they even send us some sightseeing places which made exploring xi hu easier. if u are a cat lover, u will absolutely love the 2 cats they have!!!

+The room was spacious and comfortable. The accommodation was located in a quaint neighbourhood that is walkable distance to xihu and a short ride away from other attractions. There's two adorable and welcoming cats and a washer and dryer available. Will rebook, great accommodation!

“nice inn located at a beautiful corner of west lake excellent staff, great for family.”
+MK Inn is located very close to west lake, walking distance. very quiet area and there are a few small shops around. excellent staff and great service. my kids enjoyed playing with the two nice cats in the inn. great for family
−taxi couldn't get directly to the entrance of the Inn. It takes a small stroll ( 3 mins) to walk to the place. there is not lift in the Inn so you will have to carry your luggage to level 2 or 3.

−No lift. No clear sign board at the main road to direct to the property. Too dark at night with no street light to return to the property.
