“Very nice hotel with good food and staff”
+Very nice and clean
−One of the tennis rackets was broken so we could only play two at a time instead of 4, and the hotel said they also offer snorkling gear but then you had to buy it yourself

+A True 5-Star Paradise! Saved our vacation and exceeded all expectations! After a nightmare experience at another property, checking into Mitsis Selection Laguna felt like entering paradise. This hotel is a masterclass in what a real luxury 5-star resort should be! From the very first moment, the staff welcomed us with incredible warmth, professionalism, and flawless hospitality. They truly care about their guests and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stress-free and perfect. The Rooms: Spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was powerful and refreshing, and the room was equipped with every upscale amenity we could possibly need. The Culinary Experience: Absolutely exceptional! The food quality at the main buffet and the themed à la carte restaurants was outstanding, offering an amazing variety of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented dishes throughout the day. The Facilities: The pools are stunning, the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxing, and the attention to detail in every corner of the resort is remarkable. We spent nearly €4,050 to relocate here at the last minute, and it was worth every single Euro. Mitsis Selection La

+The size of the hotel made it easy to get around and access all the facilities and activities. Most of the staff were very nice, the hotel was clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable for our family. The all-inclusive package was generous and felt very indulgent.
−Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to our expectations in terms of taste and quality, except for the Italian restaurant, which was very good, and the crepe bar, which was awesome

+Best of all - the staff: everyone was very friendly, helpful, smiling, efficient, respectful. Best staff we've encountered. Amazing! Also, the room air conditioning worked very well, and quietly! There's a lot of space everywhere, with easy access to everything. Large beautiful pool very close to a lovely beach. Everything was included so one could eat and drink all day. Main dining room with wide selections and other food and drink options, including free alcohol. Free Airport shuttle.
−Furnishings comfi but a bit out of date...Missed an extra shelf or hanging hooks in the bathroom. the soap and shampoo bottles are fixed in place, which doesn't seem right with a 5star hotel...Also, there should be a hand support in the shower.

“Hotellet bra men stranden mindre bra”
+Gott om restauranger och barer. Trevlig personal.
−Tråkig strand, svårt att bada då det var klippor/stenar och inte mycket till sandstrand. Gymmet kunde vara bättre utrustat med t.ex crosstrainer.
