“Special time with dear friends”
+The space available for my large group. We were comfortably accommodated in 4 guest rooms and felt so comfortable with the use of all the shared guest areas. The kitchen, pool, dining area plus additional relaxing areas were amazing.
−Can't say a thing.

+Beautiful surroundings. Very clean. The air conditioning was wonderful and kept our room cool. The pool was very refreshing. Breakfast was very good - best gallo pinto we've had in Nicaragua. Everyone was very friendly. We would stay here again for sure!
−We knocked for quite a while before someone came to let us in, which turned out to be the young son of the manager that was walking on the street. He gave us our keys and took us to our room. We asked him some questions about where to get dinner and he didn't know. We didn't see the manager until the next morning. She was very nice and helped us arrange some tours. There was a slight miscommunication and we were late for the volcano tour, but everything turned out well and we enjoyed both of the tours that we took.

+Breakfast was awesome and included :).
−Just not having their WhatsApp to arrange arrival. I guess it’s a booking policy to not let us have that.

“We had a great stay overall, with a charming atmosphere, a good location, and friendly staff”
+We stayed at Miss Margrits for a few days and had a great experience. The place was charming, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, close enough to the city centre, but far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing.
−Just a couple of small issues: after housekeeping cleaned our room one day, the doors were left unlocked. Also, on the only day we had planned to use the pool, since we were on tours the other days, a couple of people who did not appear to be guests were sleeping beside it. We decided not to disturb them, so we skipped using the pool.
