“A clean, comfortable stay with fantastic, communicative staff - in a lively central location”
+The reception staff were super helpful and very communicative over WhatsApp. They organised taxis for us, gave us a map of the city and shared a bunch of great recommendations, which was a really nice touch. Our room was big, clean and tidy, with simple, understated decor.
−It was a bit more central and “in the action” than I’d anticipated, but that was my own mistake for not checking. I also felt a bit chilly, so an extra blanket would have been nice. The hotel is up on the first floor, so be prepared to haul your cases up some steep stairs.

+Location is perfect - you're in the heart of Naples and it's perfectly located for sightseeing and shopping. The staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful and communicative in the run up to our stay (special thanks to Gabriella) And the rooms were beautiful. We had 2 rooms and both were spotless and fantastic. A really lovely stay.
