6.0+Value for money was ok. Nice view.
−This place needs the general renovation or at least general cleaning. There was a mold and the room smelled bad even with doors open. It is also very difficult to get there with suitcases, as the home is on the hill and you cannot get there by taxi. After seeing comments I was expecting warm welcome by the family running the place but we barely spoke with them - only about payment.

10.0+Linh and her family are great hosts and were very helpful in recommending and organizing several fun activities. The rooms are comfortable and well kept with exceptional views from the balconies. The town is a short walk away with plenty of great meal choices available.

10.0“So close to Paradise.”
+Mintu is a truly traditional Homestay and Linh and her husband are delightful hosts who are so willing to help in any way needed. Their home is in a fantastic location close to walking tracks to the villages and easy walking distance to the Stone Church and the center of Sapa. The incredible view from my balcony along the valley with the golden rice fields rising up to the majestic mountains was absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for a truly authentic stay in Sapa I doubt if you could find a better place. My only regret was I could not stay longer.

7.0“Great views when it's sunny, don't go when it rains”
+-The location and view are amazing when it's nice weather
−-when it's bad weather like the first few days I was there, I wouldn't recommend Sa pa but especially not this accommodation, everything is damp inside, the sheets, the bed, the AC is not strong enough to dry anything, heating blanket didn't work, they gave me a dehumidifier but it was full of mold. -the flat could really use a refresh, maybe just scrape the walls and paint them, especially the bathroom The rug could be washed There could be a container outside to put your shoes, you need to put them inside to shelter them from the rain but there's nothing to put them on to dry Grabs don't come to the accomodation so you need to lug your luggage up there, again when it rains it's not practical at all I still scored a 7 despite all this cause the view is amazing, but if it rained the all time it would probably be a 3

10.0+Outside of the bustling city center of Sapa, this place offers a tranquil respite with amazing views of the mountains and rice fields. Despite coming during a rainy time, the early mornings and pockets of sunshine throughout the day left me breathless at the sight. The host was also amazing, her chicken pho was SO good and she was so helpful in arranging a trekking tour for me and communicating throughout my entire stay. Would definitely stay again!
−Because it is away from the city center, be forewarned that cars do not go down the mild hill either. It is a short walk, but be prepared to carry your bags/luggage up/down the hill (<10 minute walk). There are also Hmong villagers awaiting at the top of the hill that follow you to try and sell you their goods, so just be adamant about saying no if you're not interested.

9.0“A home from home”
+Fantastic rural location right near the walking paths into the valley. A true homestay where you feel you are contributing to the rural local community a stone’s throw away from the noise and traffic of Sapa. Delicious simple breakfast available. Walking distance from decent restaurants.
−Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Expect basic.

+The most beautiful view in the whole valley, and the family who run it are delightful. And it has hot water!

+What a fantastic place to stay! It’s in a very quiet location, just outside the busy city, with the best view of all!! Mr. Kong is a truly lovely and friendly man who helps out wherever needed. I also booked the Ha Giang Loop through him,it was absolutely fantastic!! I would definitely come back if I’m in Sapa again!!
−Er viel helemaal niets tegen, jammer dat er geen ontbijt voorradig was.maar dit is zeker geen minpunt

10.0+A truly wonderful place and definitely worth recommending! Located away from the city, it is the perfect place to enjoy peace, quiet and absolutely breathtaking views. The owner is a lovely and incredibly welcoming woman. She speaks excellent English and can easily take you on a tour of the mountains. She was always helpful, kind and genuinely caring, and all our requests and needs were taken care of very quickly. Our room with a private bathroom was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We also had our own private terrace, which gave us complete privacy and independence. But the real highlight was the view. Looking out over the valley and the surrounding mountain peaks is something we will remember for the rest of our lives. ❤️ We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
