+Good position for imperial city
−Arrived tired at 2 pm and had to wait for 1 room to be cleaned. Misrepresented in advert. No room has a view as all windows frosted. Only 1 room of the 5 had balcony. And it wasn't our rooms we had booked with balcony.and non existant garden view.. No shared kitchen, BBQ area, parquet floors, etc. Only speak Vietnamese and often very loud, even late into night .24/7 shop as part of business . Older woman unlocked to enter into my room when I was resting .. asked for toilet paper and got a handful of serviettes

“Cheap and good stay but check the beds for hair”
+It was close to the Citadel, so very good for sightseeing. There is a supermarket right next to it. Bathroom was nice, shower and toilet separated.
−I believe the sheets have not been cleaned. The bed looked ready made but when I removed the blanket there was a lot of loose hair lying around. I'm sure I could have requested the sheets to be changed, but I also think when you book a hotel, the sheets should be clean from the beginning :(

“Extremely disappointing”

−The owner only cares about your 💰 I stayed in the shared dorm, second night someone entered the dorm to clean the bathroom in the middle of the night after they finished went on one of the upper beds and started watching TikTok without headphones disturbing my sleep, I stayed in many hostels before and honestly is the first time someone does any cleaning in the middle of the night… I asked the owner if I can book a bus to Da Nang for the next day, they said yes, took my money immediately, no receipt or anything..the next day I had to wait 30 min passed the time when “the bus” was supposed to leave. And I wish that would have been all but then this driver arrives saying that they actually go to Hanoi, then I realised the owner made a mistake booking for the wrong place, but obviously they never admitted started bullish*tting me saying that I have too much luggage rather than just admitting the mistake.. Thanks to you I wasted 2 hours waiting around but that’s ok you learn the hard way

“Good location for the imperial city”
+Large room and comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful. Well located for the imperial city but there’s not much else to do around there.
−All the windows were left open when we arrived so the room was full of bugs. Room could be cleaner.

“Best place, recently opened/ renovated, very clean!”
+This place is amazing, clean, with a modern vibe and quiet and has also a shared small kitchen. I think they opened it recently, that's why they are not popular yet and there was nobody in the 6 bed room ( I was lucky). It is very close to the citadel, like 5 minutes of walking. Best place to stay in Hue honestly. Amazing value for the money! The staff was very nice , we used Google translate when needed. Very happy with my room since there was no one , clean bathroom. Thank you! I highly recommend it!!!
