“Great”
+Lucy was absolutely lovely. She kept me informed before the booking and updated once I arrived. She also let me check in at 7am for no additional charge as the room was free from the night before, which was the biggest blessing coming off an overnight bus. The property was located in the old quarter basically on beer street making it extremely easy to get around. It also was simple with a bed and some storage as well as a desk, fan and AC.

+I am a solo female traveller who stayed at least 3D2N in Mini Homestay, what I like the most is how accommodating Lucy is. She allowed me to early check-in at around 8:00 am (since there's room available). About the location, it's perfect! Almost everything is accessible - but be advised that its right beside beer street, its not noisy at all during my stay - just a matter of preference. The facility is good & decent for the price. All basic needs is available, you can ask Lucy as well if you need anything. She helped me with my car going back to Noi Bai too - so grateful.
−Hmmm its a matter of preference, the bed is a little to hard for my liking but its not so bad at all. I still had a good sleep.

Homestay nằm ngay khu vực Phố cổ Hà Nội, vị trí sầm uất và thuận tiện cho việc tham quan, ăn uống. Tuy nhiên, mọi người cần lưu ý rằng homestay sử dụng hình thức tự check-in và không có sảnh lễ tân. Điểm mình đặc biệt trân trọng: Mình lưu trú đúng dịp diễn ra concert BIGBANG tại Hà Nội, nhưng homestay vẫn giữ nguyên đặt phòng, không tự ý hủy để tăng giá. Mình rất đánh giá cao sự minh bạch, uy tín và việc tôn trọng cam kết với khách hàng. Nhìn chung, mình hài lòng về thái độ phục vụ, vị trí và sự uy tín của homestay. Hy vọng homestay sẽ cải thiện hơn về vấn đề vệ sinh để mang đến trải nghiệm tốt hơn cho khách lưu trú.

Cái chăn hay còn gọi là cái mền mình đắp có khá nhiều vết bẩn (không chỉ 1-2 vết), còn khăn tắm được cung cấp thì bị rách ở nhiều chỗ. Dù mình không sử dụng khăn tắm của homestay, mình vẫn thấy đây là điều cần cải thiện. Theo mình, dù giá phòng bình dân thì những tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh cơ bản vẫn cần được đảm bảo.

+旧市街地にあり何をするのにも便利です。それにこの条件でこの価格は素晴らしい。エアコン、ホットシャワー、タオル2枚(よい匂い)それに個室です。
−フロントのないホテルに泊まるのに初めてだったので戸惑いました。(スタッフから適切なホローあり)

+La ubicación es céntrica, a metros de Beer street, pero sin escucharse demasiado el ruido. El precio es lo mejor, de largo. Y la chica que lo regenta es muy simpática
−La ducha sale sin presión y te tienes que sentar en el váter para enjuagarte la cabeza porque los grifos están a la altura de las rodillas. El suelo del baño es muy resbaladizo, me caí y casi me rompo la cabeza. La habitación no tiene quitaluz, así que desde las 5 am se hace imposible dormir con la luz entrando por la ventana.

+麻雀虽小但五脏俱全，而且空调制冷很好，有什么问题直接联系房东就可以。
−平台显示线上银行卡支付，无需线下现金支付，但是临近退房，房东表示只能线下现金支付，而且当时平台订单取消不了，平台上显示房东和平台随时可以从我的银行卡中把这笔住宿钱扣掉，我自己也取消不了订单，让房东取消订单，我线下付款给她，但是房东一直拒绝这个操作，无奈只能找平台客服，让平台客服发一份邮件说明，保证双方不会通过平台扣款，这件事情才算结束。
