−After the reservation on the application, next day the hotel called me and said that the room isn't available because they have technical problems with booking.com

+The staff were very good and helpful whenever you asked them. The smaller lady who prepared breakfast was really good. They also let me stay in the lounge while I was waiting for my bus at night. It is very close to the metro, and you can also walk to Turgoman Bus Station for buses going to Siwa or Alexandria.

+The location was great, the room was large enough with a decent amount of space for two people, and the breakfast was filling. Great value for money overall.
−The facilities were just ok. The kitchen was definitely in need of a deep clean. We ate out most of our time in Cairo, but I would not have felt confident using the kitchen if we'd needed to.

+You are staying on taalat harb, right in the centre of bustling cairo, the location couldn't be better.staff are really friendly and helpful and great at suggesting local things to do. You feel like you're experiencing Cairo more as a local than a tourist!

+Room size was decent. Centrally located. Restaurants, shops and museums are nearby.
−Breakfast was never provided even though it was included in the booking - they say it is served at 9:30am which is very late as people need to leave the hotel at 8:30am atleast to cover the attractions. They don't even stock up the kitchen for guests to take the food if they need to leave before 9:30am. Kitchen area is very dirty. Bathroom is very small.
