+The location was very good.
−The interior is a bit worn and not very well cleaned; the rooms are very small for seven people.

“It’s was a lovely caravan but needs a bit more TLC”
+The location
−It was a tad dusty as in the plastic plant in mail window (had cobwebs on).. the air filter thing in kitchen area was full of dust. The can opener didn’t work the pans slid off the cooker rings the cushions on the seating area all topped on the back,

“An enjoyable family weekend”
+Lots to do on the site for children, and a good location for going out and about, 2 minutes from the beach, everything you need in the caravan for your stay & a bonus that is is pet friendly. We were lucky with the parking and managed to park near enough to the caravan. Food in the onsite restaurant was lovely and good value.
−The caravan could do with a deep clean, it looked lovely when we first walked in, nicely decorated but some parts looked like they hadn't been cleaned for some time, luckily the beds were clean and the bathroom & kitchen area, (we didn't use the cooker so i can't comment on that) I did mention it to the owners and they offered for the cleaner to come round so we could show what needed cleaning, we didn't want to wait in as we had plans and i didn't feel that this was my responsibility.
