+The people working at the restaurant for breakfast are amazing. The place is clean and well located.
−The staff at the reception is rude. They forgot to give me the voucher for breakfast and the first morning, I had to pay an extra. When I asked for reimbursement, they told me there was nothing I could do, when I checked out they did not want to provide me with a tax invoice. I had insisted three times and I had to contact Booking before they agreed to do so. Overall, they were very rude even when asking basic questions about the room. Finally, when you book through Booking, you are told that breakfast is included but then once you are there you can only have eggs with bacon/ham. If you want something else, like yogurt, then you need to pay the menu price. Overall, there are many things that do not work. I would not come back.
