“Walkable distance to Duomo but the room are not look good as their advertise .”
+- Close to Duomo and can be walkable . - Clean . - Some drink and snack provided .
−- Room need to be maintenance. - Small room . - Wet floor during take shower . - Nearby building block Duomo view as they had facade protection during their construction . (Our intention to see Duomo from this room balcony as we see from some review ) - Curtain cannot full open and need to be fixed . - In advertise look better than reality .

“Value for money”
+Location is central everything nearby. The room size is big with all facilities.
−The online check-in and no physical presence of any staff in case you arrive a bit earlier than 3pm. Secondly, the wash rooms are a bit weary needs improvement. Due to the location, the sound pollution is unavoidable (that's an inherent issue the management can't control)

“Mostly a good experience just smelly bathroom.”
+What we liked the most about the property was the location and closeness to all that we wanted to see.
−Upon arrival I had an extremely difficult time finding the building and address. Our driver just dumped us off without knowing whether we had found our accommodations. So because of that and having difficulties finding the building my family and I were in somewhat of a panic. I called the customer service number and they were pretty much useless both times I called. I finally found a wonderful young man that worked close by and he was able to send me in the direction of the building and we finally got settled. I think you really need to have better instructions on how to find the building. The address is not enough. Also, in room 304 the bathroom had a horrible smell emitting from the drains, I suspect. It was very unpleasant. I think your staff needs to look into why that is happening.

“Great location but too noisy street”
+Location and easy check in /check out
−Too noisy street, flashlights coming through the window the whole night, no good curtains, blinds would be better, the windows should also be soundproof, the ear plugs are not a solution, the windows with good insulation would be better.

“Great central Milan stay”
+This property is in a great location. 5min walk to the duomo. The room was huge with a separate bathroom almost like a mini apartment. Everything was clean. They left some welcome drinks and snacks and the bathroom had everything even body lotion! They even gave you ear plugs but it was not noisy so didn’t need them.
−We just found the entrance a little hard to find but once we found where we had to be it was fine. Check in instructions could be a little clearer.. maybe add some photos?

+The location and cleanliness.
−The bathroom door is hard to close, needs to have it fix. The water in the shower goes out that leaks to the bathroom.
