“Ecxeptional vacation spot”
+The cabin is full of modern features, you do not miss anything that a hotel could offer. While still conserving the rustic country look and ambience. I have never been in a quietest location, full of nature life. All kind of birds, a junior deer that lives and roam in the property and at the back yard. It's full of room inside to move around comfortably.
−Perfect

+Quaint cabin. Stairs are very scary they are steep and very narrow. Overall it's a nice place

+Beautiful little town.
−The property needs more lights other than the porch lights in the house. You cannot see anything on the property once the sun sets. The property also needs to be cleaned/cleared. We could not go past the fence's threshold because the trees & brush were overgrown. The shower upstairs leaks into the shower downstairs. They charge a large amount for cleaning, yet, the house was very dusty & somewhat unkept...my allergies were off! Luckily this was at the end of May & not during Summer months.

“We were thrilled when we arrived and was saddened when it was time to leave.”
+It was quiet/peaceful Water Filtration system Everything was there if we needed it The quiet time was perfect
−The trees in the back could've been trimmed so the view could really be enjoyed to watch Deer, and just drift off into an endless daydream.

+Has the potential to be a beautiful place. It's in a great location but it is not up to code in anyway.
−There is a long list but to start off with, the cabin looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in weeks, if not a month or so. Rat droppings, dust, a dead scorpion carcass, cigarettes buds, etc. In the picture you can see huge cracks in the support beams, light seeping in from the cracks in the wood in the downstairs bedroom, stagnet water that wouldn't drain in the tub and a wasp nest right outside the door. There was water damage on the walls, the upstairs shower leaked heavily into the downstairs bathroom, rat droppings by the pots and pans. A portion of the balcony is shaky and a severe safety hazard along with the railing. Doors wouldn't fully open or shut, blinds that wouldn't really open or close. I made the best of what we had but for the price, it was not worth it. And this place is not up to code in anyway. There are wiring issues, I'm sure there is mold as well due to the amount of water damage we saw. It needs some series tlc.
