“Great location with 24 hour service is very appreciative as well as staff friendly service.”
+Location was good easy walking distance to the centre and restaurants
−Options for pillow comfort options, alternative mini bar options as we don’t drink what was provided, room space too cramped to move around the room particularly when you have luggage sitting on floor as no cupboard space to place them out of the way.

“Comfortable, quiet - lovely for a weekend staycation.”
+Cozy room, though slightly on the smaller size. Very comfy bed. Clean, spacious bathroom. Very quiet, great for light sleepers. Free minibar was a lovely bonus. Location is great - easy walk to all the restaurants and cafes, and easy stroll to the main shopping centre also.
−Parking nightly rate is very expensive & should be at least discounted by the hotel. Breakfast cost was also expensive, so opted out for cheaper options outside - plenty of places nearby. Our room faced inner courtyard, which was quiet, but had to keep the curtain drawn to avoid direct view of and from windows & balconies across from us. Not much of natural light, plus the dark theme of the hotel makes lights very dim and sometimes hard to see around the corridors.

+Great location, friendly and helpful staff
−No EV charger on site. There are some power points in the basement, but they will shut off in 10 min if you plug in your car charger.
