+Pessimo atendimento, me colocaram no 4 andar e nao tem elevador.

+The hotel is well located, close to attractions and public transportation. We stayed on the 4th floor, the view was magnificent, but there's no elevator, so it's difficult for those who are pregnant, have a disability, or carry a lot of luggage. The room was adequate, but the bed was very hard and noisy. Overall, it was a good place to sleep.

+Room was nice, service was good, public transportation is less than a 5 minute walk The people around the neighborhood seemed sketchy.
