“Our stay was ok, clean and comfy.”
+There was no breakfast?? Meals at dinner time and room service were great.
−Cold showers every night. Not good at all!! Not being able to open windows for fresh air and having to have the air con on constantly was not good for us.

+I loved the location I went to the sports and aquatic centre each day and it was such an easy walk. I loved the cafe across the road, the wine bar down the road, Iga, beach at the end and the food at the pub.
−The showers go cold easily and there was no table to eat at in the rooms.

“Close to city on tram 96 line”
+Perfect proximity to Msac, on the number 96 Tram Line. Motel is directly across the road from tram stop. Cafe for breakfast across the road. Nice modern rooms, comfy beds
−No hot water, very luke warm only basically cold in the PM and first thing AM. Noisy Canterbury Rd and drunks in the street

“Location was great, accommodation comfort did not align with price”
+I enjoyed the location of the hotel, so close to the city
−My room was an adjoining room, so at 6am the following morning, when my neighbours were leaving, I heard all of their movements. My room was also tiny, even for me by myself, I could hardly move in the room, let alone the bathroom. You definitely cannot accommodate 2 people in that room comfortably. Very expensive for the size/comfort of room.
