“Like staying with friends.”
+Great location, really lovely hosts.
−Might have been useful to know a little more about the shared versus the private space, just to get oriented. Would also have been helpful to have the access code sent to me before my anticipated arrival. But the hosts were very responsive when I called/texted. We sorted it out easily.

−When we got into our room we went to use the microwave and a breaker popped, so therefore we had no power in our room. I messaged the host and about half an hour later recieved a reply of OK I asked where the laundry facilities were located no reply. There was no tv in our room ,wouldn't have been able to watch it anyways as we had no power. Our room "door" was a double louvered closet door that anyone could just walk through. I messaged them about all this and no reply, so we decided to request a refund and left. About 20 minutes after we left finally received a reply that The breaker couldnt be repaired while guests were in the room, and we could use microwave in kitchen,we already had but still no power in our room. There was a tv in the parlor (common area) we wanted to choose what we want to watch not a group decision thankyou. And oh yes there was a lock on the door , about as secure as a child's diary lock. I politely explained this was not what we expected at all and we had no power in our room and we were not there for even 2 hours and requested a refund please and thankyou and have yet to get a reply. Hoping Booking.com customer service can help resolve this issue. Also t

+I liked the convenience and cleanliness and the respectfulness of your privacy. Only thing I would ask is to provide wifi.
−Lack of cable TV and wifi. Dont need both necessarily but one or the other would be helpful.

“Stay was good. There should be WiFi access. More cleanliness required. Overall is good in this budget. Can be improved.”
+Property within the residence area so it looks like stay at home.
−No WiFi No availability of attendant all the time. You just call or message if you need anything.

“Simple and safe”
+Very comfortable bed. Clean restroom. For a small fee he drove me to and from the train station and to pick up a rental car. He was very attentive to make the room warmer when I asked. He is a very polite person.
−It is a little odd feeling being in a room with the owner upstairs. Just the basics are supplied, i.e. only two bath towels, no wash cloths etc. But that's all you really need anyway.

+Very clean and convenient hosts are wonderful.
−Only complaint i could say is that they should have either wi-fi or cable TV because very few channels get reception from the antenna. Otherwise wonderful
