“Cute old place.”
+Staff is really nice and helpful, room was clean and safe. Location is not perfect but it is possible to walk to the city center.
−Bathroom is very old. The room that turns to the street is very noisy all day since very early in the morning even with everything closed.

“Excellent for sightseeing if you only go back to sleep and rest a little.”
+Location is really good for sightseeing. Get to anywhere by walking under 30mins. Staff was nice and helpful.
−It was hard for me to get used to the bed but it's subjective.

“Very Poor Cleanliness”
+The lady who welcomed us and served breakfast was genuinely kind, friendly and helpful. We appreciated her warm hospitality, which unfortunately stood in sharp contrast to the overall condition of the accommodation and the management's handling of our concerns.
−Unfortunately, this was by far the most poorly cleaned accommodation I have ever stayed in. The apartment had visible mold beneath the window, accumulated dust on the walls, radiators and cabinets, and sheets and towels with an unpleasant smell, as though they had been washed without detergent, if properly washed at all. We fully appreciate the charm and limitations of staying in historic buildings in Florence and have plenty of experience with such accommodation. However, operating a commercial property comes with a responsibility to maintain reasonable standards of cleanliness and hygiene, regardless of the building's age. These conditions were simply unacceptable, particularly at this price. We initially considered cancelling our entire stay but instead proposed what we thought was a reasonable compromise: staying for two nights and receiving a refund for the unused third night. The management refused, offering a room change instead, and stated that they were proud of their cleanliness rating of 9 out of 10. Frankly, I find that rating difficult to reconcile with what we experienced. I cannot recall ever staying in an apartment with such poor cleaning standards. The presence of
