“Disappointed and unhappy.”
+Bedroom and bathroom were a decent size for one person.
−The building is very run down and felt dirty, with two sets of steep steps to get to a very small lift which you need 10cents to operate. I didn’t have any coins when I first arrived so I had to climb up two storeys with my suitcase. I have mobility problems so this was a very difficult and painful experience for me. The enclosed area outside the main entrance to the building did not feel safe. Young men hanging around from early evening until the early hours. One occasion I saw one of them handing over a bundle of cash to a scooter driver who pulled over to collect. A strong smell of weed was coming up through the balcony windows and a constant noise from cars, scooters and people so they were kept closed mostly. No wonder there are free earplugs left at the side of the bed. I had a shower when I first arrived and then I used a white bath mat to dry up the overspill from the bathroom floor. The white mat was filthy afterwords. I would not recommend this place.

“Central Stay with everything you need …”
+There is a lovely little ‘reception’ area once you’re finally in the building. There are snacks & sweets which is a nice touch . A printer is there which actually proved useful. We were offered a complimentary breakfast one morning across the road but it turned out to be closed for the holidays & an alternative offered, was too far away to be viable but it was a nice thought. Our contact, Christina was a delight. She popped in on our first morning & helped sort a couple of issues (I locked myself out of the safe !) & brought in an iron & ironing board. She also gave a list of recommended restaurant’s & pizzerias plus helped source a taxi & gave directions to the beach. I cannot fault how helpful she was .
−Whilst the location is very central, it can be very noisy with music playing till very late on both sides of the building . It didn’t really bother us as my husband can sleep through anything & I read until late but it may disturb others so just be aware. We were not made aware that the lift needed a 10 cent coin to operate the lift and in 40 heat with several flights of stairs, that was a big problem on arrival. Once others told us, we stocked up on the small coins. Once in the room, there a few coins supplied but that doesn’t help when arriving with suitcases so this really needs to be communicated in advance.

“Fantastisch verblijf!”
+De locatie is fantastisch, midden in de stad en dicht bij de metro. Hierdoor liggen alle bezienswaardigheden binnen handbereik. Als je aankomt ljjkt het heel rumoerig, het verblijf ligt aan eennpleintje met barretjes en restaurantjes. Binnen hoor je echter helemaal niets meer van de stadsgeluiden. De medewerkers zijn enorm behulpzaam en aardig. Onze koffiemachine was kapot en werd meteen vervangen, als alternatief werd koffie aangeboden in een cafe aan de overkant. Dat was enorm attent! Er wordt keurig gevraagd of je iets nodig hebt oedere dag, schoonmaak, handoekken, toiletpapier etc. Heel fijn verblijf en als we nog een keer naar Napels gaan komen we zeker hier terug. Tot slot, de airportshuttel was ook top .
−Er is maar een setje sleutels.

−Le falta un poco de mantenimiento y cierta atención más personal. Contábamos con la cafetera que había en la habitación para el desayuno pero no funcionaba. La puerta se cierra con llave, la cual está junto con la tarjeta de activación de las luces, tenías que echar la llave para cerrar la puerta, de lo contrario se podía abrir desde fuera.

+Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, mitten im historischen Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig. Schnelle Reaktion des Personals per WhatsApp, Flughafentransfer möglich. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Lage ist super, um Neapel zu erkunden. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

“Très bon hebergemeny”
+Logement très propre et entretenue. Placé dans le centre historique. Un peu bruyant dans la rue mais logement très bie isolé. Accès facile, une bouche de métro à quelques minutes à pied. Hôte très sympathique et serviable.
