“Best staff imaginable and a great breakfast make for a great stay in this easily recommendable hotel”
+Amazing staff - super friendly, helpful, proactive, polite! The staff alone is reason enough to recommend the hotel :D Whenever we had a question or request, everybody was eager to help and find a solution. Several staff members spoke very good German, which was a pleasant surprise and occasionally helpful. Breakfast was included and very good! The buffet is not exuberant but every ingredient is fresh and delicious. I particularly loved the fresh Menemen, Gevrek, the selection of various types of olives and the fresh herbs! Delightful! Location is central and made traveling around comfortable.
−The only downside to our stay was that the room doors appeared somewhat pervious to noise from the stairwell. This usually meant a bit of noise for a short time from the cleaning staff in the morning as the door to their equipment was next to our room and used to snap shut rather loudly. But I think this might only have been an issue on our floor and could also be solved by now.

+Location very good, close to the restaurants on the coast, staff was friendly and helpful
−Breakfast can be better with more choises, bed too soft from my perspective.

“It was a very successful stay and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.”
+The Met was a compact, clean and modern property centrally located in the city, where the staff parked my car for me in an auto house opposite when I was hiring one. We booked a superior double room and it was as large with an additional divan/couch as described. On the 6th floor, the room was quiet despite being at the front of the building.
−My wife likes to use the stairs for exercise, but the lighting was a bit too subdued to use the stairs safely. The breakfast staff were very helpful, but the choices were a bit limited. Bread rolls and something sweet like baclava to go with the coffee would have been nice.
