+It’s a shared house, and the owners are super welcoming, always happy to helpe, and make you feel comfortable. When I was living there, the other tenants were also respectful and considerate, and the common areas were always kept very clean. The location is very central, and you can reach Venice in just 10-15 minutes by bus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in the area on budget. I was expecting less for what I paid, but I actually got much more than I expected. Overall, the house is quite clean, well-maintained, and newly renovated. I had a very positive experience.

+Alvi went out of his way to be of help. Met us as we arrived and helped us with our requests. The location is spot on for buses to and from Pl.de Roma Venice. The room and linen were clean. The ac and mini fridge were most welcome after a long day in the blazing sun. A good supermarket a few metres away. Pharmacy, cafe etc. The station is a few minutes away by taxi. Younger Travellers could do the walk to Mestre station, as 2 older women, we took a taxi and it was just a few minutes away.
−The toilets were clean, but a stale, annoying smell remained. The washing machine needs a good clean.

+Great location for food and stores, and comfortable direct public transport connection to Venice. Spacious room with great view to a sunset and cabinets to store personal belongings in. Enough warm water for a longer shower and all residents. Elevator to the property makes it easy to reach with a lot of luggage. Friendly staff!
−The accommodation lacked cleanliness. On the one hand, because of nasty residents next door who would not flush the toilet and leave their used razors in, and band aid on shared cabinets. On the other hand, because some areas of the house seemingly have not been cleaned for a long while: every white door in the flat was sticky to touch and yellow around the handle, one of the showers had mould on the wall and a lot of black residue on the floor and the water cooker had some old water and white residue when we arrived (also no cups provided, so even if we would have boiled some water there would not be anything to drink it from.)

−Muchas cosas, no había wifi, la habitación no era muy cómoda, había dos almohadas en el armario y estaban negras. El baño estaba muy sucio, había incluso ceniza de tabaco en el bidet. Se escuchaba todo lo de fuera

+Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko centrum handlowe, dworzec, a przystanek autobusowy pod samym wejściem. Pokój duży, przestronny i czysty. Łóżka wygodne. Łazienki mimo, że poza pokojem w pełni komfortowe.
