“A wonderful property to stay in, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.”
+Amazing property, finished to a very high spec, comfortable and all the facilities you need. The views of the mountains are breathtaking. The host was very helpful and I look forward to visiting again.
−I can honestly say there’s nothing I didn’t like, it was exactly what we had hoped for.

+Lovely room with a shared kitchen and terrace in a stand alone house in the countryside. Tastefully renovated, clean and quiet. Lucio was easy to communicate with and helpful.

“Lovely location. Peaceful.”
+Location was lovely.
−Bed was very uncomfortable. Slopes to one side. No cleaner came whilst we were there. No information on refuge or additional bags to dispose of recycling.

“A quiet, modern oasis where careful attention is in evidence everywhere.”
+Lucio is an excellent host. The apartment is modern, comfortable, every possible need catered for.
−I would not recommend it for pilgrims on the Via Francignia as it is +/- 2 Km from the town. If you have a car it’s the perfect choice.

“Bad”
+I was unable to stay here due to an emergency injury I had.
−The property owner when I tried to ask about canceling due to and emergency injury that I had to go to another city for, first said booking had to do it, then when booking sent the cancellation and refund request this property was dishonest and actually just said they still had to get the room ready, which of course I understand they are a business, so then be honest. If you are walking the Via Francigena and this small town needs tourism to keep going I suggest you don’t stay here as there understanding of empathy and honesty is not there. Very disappointing, in their response and lack of accountability when it comes to ownership of how they can handle refunds and promote understanding customer care.
