“Excellent”
+Friendly staff Good location (10' walk from the centre) It's not the most modern hotel, but it's perfect for one or two nights. Car park in front Easy for pick up by Uber
−It's all fine!

“Very bad”
−Dirty, unwashed bedding. Blanket, pillow and bed sheet full of hair. Mattress was old. Room v ery lowly furnished for the price. Not even a spoon for the cup of tea was included. Wifi didn't work.

“Comfortable room but disappointed that the WiFi in my room didn't work and nothing was done”
+The bed was very comfortable, lovely fluffy towels, all I needed
−The WiFi in my room didn't work and when I reported it, nothing was done. This was a major problem for me as I was on a work trip so I had to leave the hotel earlier than expected in the morning and head into Coventry to find somewhere to send emails from.

“Grea place to stay for price, accessibility and staff.”
+Central location on a reasonably quiet site. The room was clean with good quality bedding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly the facility had a night attendant, a great touch when you take into account the pricing for the stay.
−Unfortunately they do not provide breakfast but did give me a good recommendation on a nearby cafe. I could not access the wifi despite trying three times using the password provided however did not raise this with the staff as I was only staying overnight.

“Great location. Old world charm.”
+Great location, walking distance to the town. Good kitchen area in the family room with microwave, kettle and fridge.
−Some of the communal decor is dated but it's a Tudor type lodge so kind of fits.
