“Clean and nicely furnished, but disappointing for a Deluxe Room”
+The accommodation was very clean, well-maintained and tastefully furnished. The modern interior was pleasant and everything was in good condition.
−I expected more from a Deluxe Double Room, especially in terms of space and comfort. I travel frequently and have stayed in other Deluxe accommodations in Split, so I know what to expect. The view from both windows was very disappointing, overlooking walls, a fence and neighbouring buildings. The biggest issue was the hot water. After just five minutes, it ran out, so we had to wait between showers for the boiler to heat up again. For a property calling itself “Luxury Rooms”, I expected a higher standard. The room was nice, but certainly not what I would consider Deluxe.

“Beautiful room in great area”
+It was very clean and spacious. Looked exactly like the pictures. It’s in a very convenient area with less than 3 min walk in to the town. But still in a quiet and safe street.

+Amazing apartment, the best we have stayed at. The little yard was a pleasant surprise and three little bottles of wine was a bonus.

“Fantastic place would definitely stay again and recommend”
+Fantastic location, 5 mins walk to old town. Rooms were nicely furnished , bed comfortable. Fresh towels / room serviced each day.
−Hot water didn’t last long enough for 2 showers especially if washing hair. Note : we left our beach towels on the bathroom floor expecting them to be replaced unfortunately they were taken but not replaced. ( to be fair we didn’t contact Nikola to ask for some ) just to be aware.

+The room was good quality with decent bed, sheets, towels etc
−There were only two things.1) When checking in, the panel did not accept the entrance code I was given, so I had to call the host. 2) On my final day, there was no hot water in the shower, so I had to take a cold shower - maybe it was turned off early to save electricity?
