“Disappointing stay due to extremely poor cleanliness and unprofessional service, despite a convenient location, free par”
+1. Convenient location with easy access to key areas. 2. Free parking available. 3. Good breakfast with a decent variety of options. 4. When I reported an air conditioning issue, the technician arrived promptly and resolved the problem immediately.
−1. Extremely poor housekeeping. The room cleaning was far below acceptable standards, and the lack of cleanliness was a major disappointment. This issue deserves particular attention, as cleanliness should be a basic priority for any hotel. 2. No assistance with luggage or basic hospitality. There was no help with carrying luggage, opening doors, or assisting with check-in and check-out. 3. Unprofessional reception staff. The night-shift receptionist had a very poor attitude and was not welcoming or helpful. 4. Poor service during breakfast. The breakfast staff showed little to no willingness to assist guests. 5. Insufficient bathroom amenities. The hotel was extremely stingy with basic toiletries, providing inadequate supplies. 6. No toothbrushes or toothpaste provided, which is disappointing for a hotel of this standard. 7. Housekeeping needs serious improvement. The cleanliness issue was not a minor inconvenience; it significantly affected the overall experience.
