“Nice place to stay”
+Clean and quiet room, close to many restaurants and bar's, friendly staff, quick Wi-Fi.
−Just one small thing, the bar and the restaurant both have their own music. So if you sit at the bar you hear them both playing on top of each other.

“Bad, don’t opt for it.”
+None
−I was first given the room no. 1210 on the 12th floor. Nobody came along to show me or check with me if the room was fine. When I went to the room, found that the wash basin tap was broken, the shower facility was bad and jammed up literally the water coming in very slow. The intercom instrument/facility was dead. While I was given another room 9010 after complaint, the wash basin tap in the room as well was very bad. In fact it’s the bad quality of bathroom fittings used in both the rooms. On top of that, there was no regret or apology from the staff.

“A restful stopover on the way to the airport”
+Mactan Cebu is a good stop in or out of the airport What we liked the most: - the excellence of the hotel’s teams: smiling and caring, polite and efficient. - the pool and the access to the nearby private beach when the pool is a great addition especially if you’re traveling with kids - the comfort of the rooms
−The difficulty to find a room to accommodate 2 adults and one kid The rudeness of some of the guests (but we really appreciated how the restaurant staffs handled them, politely and firmly)

+Central in Cebu
−Strong chemical odours in foyer and near lifts, carried over into dining area. Coffee at breakfast was watery from a dispenser even though a proper machine was just outside dining area.

“セブ滞在なら、サービスアパートメントよりもホテルタイプの宿泊がお勧め”
+サービスアパートメントの部屋に滞在していたが、施設面での問題が多く、急遽、こちらのホテルを手配しました。しっかりとしたホテルなので、安心して滞在出来て、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。
