+The views and the service were great!
−A couple of simple details were missing such as water fountains/water dispenser, we had to pay for water bottles a couple of times. The domes are really pretty but during the day they got extremely hot that we couldn’t stay in, AC was not efficient which is okay but I wish the domes had a better ventilation system (open windows, better curtains, etc).

“10/10 amazing stay!”
+On arrival, the staff was so friendly and always knew who we were. Stepping outside was the highlight of our trip in Peru, the views are incredible!!! The domes are very large and spacious, we fit 4 people in the dome comfortably. We added on the Andean ceremony, that was truly incredible. Breakfast every morning prepared by the hotel and included in the cost was great for booking, and the experience of eating with the alpacas was beyond my wildest dreams!! The alpacas were so nice and friendly, it was fun hanging around them. Everything about this hotel was great, you MUST book here!!!! 100000% worth every penny, I would tell all my friends and family to come here!

“Realmente memorável”
+Gostamos de tudo! A paisagem é deslumbrante, o hotel tem uma linda arquitetura e oferece uma comida deliciosa. Programamos ficar 2 dias, assim que chegamos ao Vale Sagrado, para aclimatar na altitude e aproveitar momentos de descanso e relaxamento antes de conhecer os sítios arqueológicos e o Memorable foi o lugar perfeito. A equipe do hotel cuidou com zelo do nosso bem-estar e nos ajudou com deslocamentos e passeios guiados.

“Magnifique vue”
+Vue incroyable, jacuzzi super, petit déjeuner avec les lamas génial. Restaurant très bon mais cher Heureusement qu’il y a ça pour compenser le manque de communication en amont
−Manque de communication, j’ai posé des questions quelques jours avant. La réponse était : on vous dira un jour avant. L’hôtel propose un taxi, mais le prix est très cher alors qu’on peut prendre un colectivo (mais rien n’est expliqué). Idem pour le retour, très compliqué, nous avons dû faire du stop car le uber ne voulait pas aller la bas! Et nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls. Restaurant très bon mais cher

“UNA IMITACIÓN MAL HECHA DEL MOUNTAIN VIEW, LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA”

−No se por donde comenzar, tuvimos la habitación llena de hormigas, las camas estaban sucias, habían hormigas en todas partes, pedimos que nos prendan la chimenea a las 18:00, enviamos un mensaje para que lo hicieran a las 20:00, luego a las 22:00 y nunca llegarón, la habitación era una congeladora, a las 3 am estábamos a 2 grados y mis hijos estaban temblando de frio, las camas adicionales nunca las utilizamos, decidimos dormir apretados y hasta evaluar dejar el lugar a las 03:00 am, lamentablemente no pudimos hacerlo por que estábamos en el medio de la nada y la carretera es relativamente complicada, el desayuno es pésimo, mi hija pidió unos dibujos para colorear que dijeron que traerían y nunca llegaron, el baño huele horrible, parece que no tienen un desagüe, mas bien un biodigestor que huele como si existieran animales muertos o excremento acumulado por meses al interior, el agua del jacuzzi estaba turbia casi de color marrón, no existe un criterio de seguridad para niños, las escaleras para subir a las camas no tienen barandas, y el mezzanine solo tiene cuerdas mal puestas por la cual un niño de 1.20 metros o pequeño podría fácilmente caer, al igual al puente de conexión al do
