“Napels, we just love you - you are amazing.”
+Nice and open space apartement just at the doorstep to Via Domenico Capitelli where Napels athmosphere really brings your senses alive. We loved the fact, that we almost got hit, by one of the scooters in the street, fantastic!! Also thanks to Anna for being such a nice host and making us coffe every morning.

−A very disappointing stay considering the price of over €250 per night and the photos published on Booking.com. The room had several cleanliness and maintenance issues: stained cushions, a dirty towel, rust in the bathroom, mold in the shower, and a power outlet pulled out of the wall, which also posed a safety hazard. Everything was photographed on site. In addition, no bottle of water was provided in the room, and the minibar was completely empty. These are details that are difficult to accept in an establishment charging such rates. Two days before our arrival, the property asked us to pay via a WhatsApp link, contrary to Booking.com’s recommendations. Payment through the platform also appeared to be blocked, which made communication and check-in more complicated. Located above bars and nightlife venues, the property was particularly noisy when the windows were open. This nuisance should have been clearly indicated, and better soundproofing, particularly triple glazing, would have been necessary. Finally, despite the promise of breakfast at 7 a.m. on the day of departure, nothing had been prepared. More regular room inspections and better organization would have prevented these

“I recommend!”
+The room was amazing, had the double room with a balcony. The property was secure with 2 codes to enter. The hostess was very nice, brought my breakfast to my room, which was very tasty.
−Can’t blame the hostess, but the street was so loud at night as there are a few bars down the street. Couldn’t sleep even after I closed the window.

−The mattress was a little hard but i think this is dependant on each person. The apartment could do with a long mirror. More options for coffee & tea in the room as we only had one sachet of each

−Das Bett! Statt Lattenrost, ein Brett mit einer dünnen Matratze darauf. Sehr, sehr kleine Zimmer. Die Kissen waren dünne Lappen. Kein Schrank- es nennt sich open cupboard. Our own big fault for booking a B&B like this for more than two nights. And did I told you about the „ smell“ which comes out of the bathroom. One of the badest experiences. Sorry - never again.

“Beaucoup de plaisir à Naples”

−Salle bains sans porte. Pas de personnel à la réception. Quartier bruyant jusqu’à 2 h du matin. Espace borgne et réduit pour le petit déjeuner. Des biscottes, des toasts, mais pas de pain, une fois pas de beurre.

“Très bien pour l’emplacement mais pas convivial pour deux sous”
+L’emplacement au cœur du centre historique. Petit déjeuner très bon.
−Les salles de bain avaient de la moisissure sur les joints. Manque cruellement d’une pièce pour se retrouver en fin d’après-midi. Nous avons dû nous réfugier chez des amis dans la chambre la plus grande.

−No es un 4 estrellas. No hay personal presente nunca. El desayuno es muy malo. El check in no está explicado y casi todos tuvimos problemas ya que la comunicación es sólo por WhatsApp. No lo recomendamos.
