+Very good value for the price, the owner was very welcoming. We had a spacious room on the second floor, and unlike some of the other reviews said, our WiFi worked fine. Beds were very comfortable. When we mentioned we were going to do laundry, the owner offered to take our laundry down the road to the shop for us which was a huge convenience and much appreciated. When we arrived, we didn't have a full plan of what we would do, and the owner sat us down and broke down the activities and prices and offered to basically set everything up for us including transportation. This was good for convenience and not having to think about anything, but based on what our driver told us it sounded like we overpaid for some things.
−The bathroom has almost zero counter space, so you need to put all your stuff in the main room and constantly go back and forth as needed. We did see a giant beetle show up out of nowhere in the bathroom so be potentially prepared for bugs. The toilet seat was loose and the shower door is in desperate need of some WD-40. Overall was disappointed with the bathroom but the main room was good. The entrance to the hotel is through a literal car wash, which felt dangerous to me as the car wash was being used on several occasions when entering and exiting, and we had to walk through soapy water which someone could easily slip on. Although the owner was very helpful with orchestrating our activities for the following day, I got the impression that she made a tidy profit on us by doing so. The driver she found for us directed us to a specific restaurant for breakfast that seemed out of the way and in our opinion wasn't very good, I suspect there was a commission involved. Our driver from Oslob to Cebu City told us our boat ride to Sumilon island should have been 200 per person, but she insisted it was 1500 as part of the package we paid her. +They are beautiful rooms facing the sea. The place is somewhat hidden, because it is behind a car wash and you access it from the side. But it is absolutely worth it. It is a super nice and helpful family that makes you feel like they attend to you with their heart. It is not luxurious, but it is IMPECCABLE with large, very comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Excellent value for money. 100% recommended, from its terrace you can see sea turtles!

“Great stay, budget friendly”
+Great place to stay for a couple of nights, all basic ammenities are met and for the price you pay it will exceed your expectations. Location is amazing but the best part of the accomodation are the hosts, they will help you with Whale shark exploration, transport and any intel locally. Would be happy to recommend anyone looking for a budget friendly short term accomodation.
