“Good stay except that’s facility”
+Good hospitality and environment as if I am at home. Staff were taking care about me even I faced to some trouble.

+The staff is very friendly, the room is big, and the bed is very comfortable. There is also a good amount of space for storage, as well as a table and two chairs if someone wants to eat something in the room. Apart from this, there is also a small balcony overlooking the street which is lined with many trees. The building is also not very far from the city centre and the Santa Maria Novella train station.
−The entire floor shares one bathroom - the shower is small, there aren't many supplies in the bathroom, and the hairdryer is awfully slow and works badly for anyone who has long hair. Apart from this, we didn't appreciate that we weren't made aware of the fact that the staff doesn't really speak English. The woman who greeted us and collected our information immediately started speaking in Italian, as if she doesn't work with foreign tourists. My girlfriend told her she understands some Italian and can speak a little bit, but the staff definitely needs to learn how to speak basic English, and tell the guests about this beforehand. Also, the location is a bit sketchy if you're walking alone at night from the city centre, we advise you to take a cab. If you're sensitive to noise, avoid getting the rooms that look over the street because the traffic is extremely loud and unbearable. Furthermore, you only get one towel per person at the beginning of your stay, and the towels, bed sheets and pillowcases all smelled a bit stale, as if they hadn't been washed properly.

+Geweldig!! Heel hartelijk personeel, zowel de huisvrouw als de schoonmakers. Alles is uitzonderlijk schoon en er hangt een hele prettige, veilige sfeer. ‘S ochtends bood de huisvrouw aan een verse cappucino te zetten. Locatie is ook top, je kunt zo de stad in wandelen.

“Posizione top, ambiente curato e accogliente”
+Struttura molto carina, le camere sono spaziose e c’è la possibilità di avere il bagno privano o in comune. Noi abbiamo scelto l’opzione col bagno privato. Posizione top a due passi dalla stazione di santa maria novella e signora molto gentile e disponibile.

“Semplice e accogliente”
+Camera a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Firenze SMN, molto spaziosa e con bagno privato! Letto molto morbido e comodo! Stabile estremamente silenzioso!! La signora ci ha accolto con gentilezza ☺️

“Boa localização,”
+A localização próxima da estação ferroviária foi ótima, e eu consegui ir para o centro a pé todos os dias sem problemas. O quarto era ótimo e o banheiro compartilhado não foi um problema. Quem me recebeu foi muito atenciosa e educada.
−O serviço de café da manhã pode atrasar, então não espere estar disponível antes das 8. A entrada é um pouco escondida, precisa ler com calma as identificações na placa.

−隔音有点差，check in的时间比较固定，3点之前就需要办理入住，晚到的话不太方便
