−Breakfast wasn't up to standard even for a continental breakfast. When we went back to the room after our evening out there were dead flies on the floor by the bed unsure if there was an issue as there was a large fly zapper on the other side of the room, valux window to the side of the bed was left open wide....October quite cold on return to the room.

“Pleasant stay in LLandeilo/Ffairfach”
+We didn't have the breakfast, but there was plenty to choose from. Stayed there with a friend for a night over after a fundraiser event. Was a place to get ready and sleep for one night and it did the job. Shower was amazing!
−Was a little cold but expected with an older big farm like house.

“A fantastic property in a great location. Recommended for any visits to this area.”
+One of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Exceptional room and kitchen in a great location. A great place, and I will be back if I am in the area again. OVERALL. A very good experience despite the issues detailed below. Thank You.
−''Tregib Mill, Bethlehem Road, Llandeilo'' is the address I booked under, and this caused problems. The property address should be listed as ''Melin Tregib, Bethlehem Road, Ffairfach, Llandeilo''. PLEASE advise visitors to come in from the FFAIRFACH end of Bethlehem Road. I followed Google Maps from Llandovery onto Bethlehem Road, and that caused delays and hard driving. I was OK but many people do not like driving on narrow road, especially as it was getting dark.

“Weekend near Llandeilo”
+Shared kitchen was clean and well stocked. Easy to get access and check in. Good value for money. Room was a good size. Owner was friendly!
−Shower needed a de mould. Doors were very creaky and kept us up in the night. Pipes were creaky when others used the taps but not much can be done with this so we weren't that fussed.

“Very enjoyable stay”
+Very clean, spacious and well appointed. As can be seen from the photos the top floor room does have low beams but has been laid out in such a way that they are not a big problem.
−Stairs up to the top room are quite steep, but worth the effort!
