“The hotel has started its renovation but yet to complete. The carpark it's need a facelift too.”
+The place is brighter now especially the aisles of the hotel rooms. Less noisy and well maintained. The lifts were a menace as it broke down so easily.
−The lobby needs to spruce up with shops selling some local Sarawakian foods for tourists to enjoy and bring back as a souvenirs. They should have offered SPA services also.

+I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. The location was also excellent, very convenient and close to the places I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I look forward to coming back again! 😊
−The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. The quality was decent, but the variety was somewhat limited. It would be great to have more choices and a wider selection of dishes, especially for guests staying for several days.
