“The apartment was perfect for what we needed and perfect for a visit to Pisa and wider Tuscany.”
+We stayed for 4 nights. The location was midway between the train station and the Tower and Cathedral, about 15 minutes walk from each. The apartment was right on the riverside with several restaurants in the immediate vicinity and many more a few minutes walk away. Being so close to the station meant that we were able to visit both Florence (50 mins) and Lucca (25 mins). Roberto was very friendly and communicative throughout and kindly arranged for his legend of a father to pick us up from the airport as our flight landed around midnight. From what I can gather, the apartment is one of a small number located over two floors. Ours was on the lower, 5th floor and was one of three self contained ensuite rooms located off a central shared kitchen / relaxation area. Plentiful coffee / tea supplies and filtered water on tap. Fast wifi. Although the doors to the three rooms were close together, it was very quiet while we were there. The frequent PisaMover shuttle cable train gets you to / from the train station to the airport in under 10 mins.
−Can't really think of anything.

“It was a lovely experience and is very close to the pusa central and pisamover.”
+It’s modern and stylish. A different lovely experience. Most people are friendly and helpful.
−A bit tricky to find under the strong sun and the wait for the door bell. The noise of the doors as the rooms door are very close and I hit my hand twice due to squashed knob. Also the city tax needs to be in cash as they don’t have the small machine to pay electronically. But I sorted that through two local shops. Also the stairs are very dark so used my torch to my way out.

“Whilst room is nice and good location the advert needs to be clearer.”
+Good Location Clean
−Standard checkin 2pm. We had asked for 3pm then requested back to 2pm with short notice & wasn’t possible (understandable). No offer to leave luggage. When we arrived at 3pm accommodation was not ready. We got access to our cleaned room at 4pm and “apartment” cleaning continued for a further 40 minutes. We wanted to relax after a hot journey, not immediately possible. Accommodation layout is NOT clear when booking. We didn’t realise there were shared facilities, advert needs to be clearer - my error not reading reviews. No real privacy & you hear everything from adjoining rooms & neighbours (including plumbing & lift). Rules ask for quiet after 2300 hours - it is a residential area, not possible. Main concern after being shown how to access the apartment was the ability that apartment front door could be locked internally preventing the other apartment user(s) from getting in. Plus the ease in which the front door could reopen if not closed properly. We discovered our neighbours accidentally left the door open after returning and they had gone out - whilst you need a card to access our section/room this did not make us feel safe. I alerted Mary. Air conditioning is poor. Have yet r
