“My stay was truly lovely and memorable!”
+A Truly Delicious Experience - Compliments to the Chef! ❤️ I have to give special recognition to the chef! When I first learned that the meals were strictly vegan, I was genuinely intrigued. I also respected the property's restrictions on alcohol and meat products. Since I don't consume alcohol, that wasn't an issue for me at all, and I was actually quite excited to try the vegan cuisine. And let me tell you… the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! Hands down, some of the best I've ever had! Every bite was bursting with flavour, with a beautiful touch of the authentic tastes and spices of India. It was simply perfect! But what made the experience even more special was the chef himself. Such a sweetheart! So friendly, kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what he does. You could genuinely taste the love and care that went into preparing the meals. I absolutely loved everything! I would definitely return just for the food alone, lol! 😂❤️ I honestly cannot wait for the restaurant to officially open. I'll certainly be back! Compliments to the chef for such a memorable culinary experience! 👨🍳❤️
−Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about my stay. Overall, it was a lovely and enjoyable experience, and I genuinely appreciated the hospitality, atmosphere, and attention to detail. Nothing stood out as a major concern, and I would happily visit again!

“Its an Oasis of peace in 🇬🇾”
+This is our 2nd stay at MDG suite, we both Love the peaceful atmosphere. Love the view, love the Sunrise on morning as it comess up over the sea to reveal the lanscape, the sight of the sea especially is calming ! We Also really enjoyed how breezy and relaxing it is on the balcony....honestly i would go there agaùun and again . The world is chaotic and Very hectic,somtimes you need an environment like this to escape, just to relax and recharge . I would highly recommend this place ! Its safe ,secure,clean and relaxing. Last stay i recommend a whole mirror and this time it was added, so thank you MDG for adding it!
−On a normal day,i wouldnt mind sun in my bedroom, because i tend to wake early for work but once on a vacation, i like to sleep a bit late. Would be nice to have a darker shade curtains to black out the solar lights at night and on mornings.

“MDG: An Oasis in Guyana”
+We thoroughly liked it all ! The staff, the service, the facility, the relaxing atmosphere, the view, ( view of the sea is calming and exquisitely breataking) the Ambience, the food, over all were beyond our expectations( though we didnt get a chance to check out the gym) but definitely my hubby and I appreciate staying at MDG and felt quite safe. The authetic indian food was quite delicious and delightful experience for us as well, Chef Mahabir was kind, helpful,respectful and he really contributed to our stay feeling like home. His Chai is the best👍😊made sure to give it a try when you visit. Not many place gives you this kind of quiet,peaceful relaxing environment IN GUYANA but MDG certainly do. Absolute retreat! This is a Very family-friendly environment for all,except for party goers, this may not be the best place. Be sure to book MDg you won't regret it😊👍 We are definitely going to stay there again !!!
−Not much, just add a bigger Mirror and another curtain to black out the solar light on the patio at night.

+The room we stayed in was very clean and it matches the pictures that were shown as well. Kitchen was well equipped I must say. Bathroom area very clean and tidy. The bed was super comfortable too. My husband and my baby as well as myself enjoyed it.

−It rained all day but this was not the hotel fault :). Loved everything.

“A Literal Lifesaver - Safe, Clean, and Exceptionally Kind”
+I cannot thank the team at MDG Suites enough. After a terrible experience at a hotel in Georgetown, I found myself checking out after dark with nowhere to go. Being a woman traveling alone from Suriname, I was naturally very anxious. I connected with the Hotel Manager, Mr. Collin, and he immediately put me at ease. Even though it was late, he sent a car to pick me up and bring me to the property. MDG Suites is a beautiful, clean, and peaceful oasis about 30 minutes outside the city. The hospitality was unmatched. They made sure I was fed, and the Indian vegetarian meal was absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond,when I realized I needed an iron for a business meeting the next morning, they had one delivered to my room instantly. To Collin and the entire staff: thank you for your kindness. This place is truly blessed, and I will be recommending it to everyone I know!

“A Real Gem of a Place”
+stayed at MDG Suites for a one-night business trip and had an excellent experience. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well-maintained,truly a gem of a place. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the dinner I had was excellent. From a business perspective, the internet was reliable and the staff was professional and helpful. They also arranged a taxi service that was on time, professional, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to the area.

“Simply perfect - away from the Hustle and Safe.”
+MDG Suites is a fantastic choice for business travelers. I spent one night here and found the environment to be quiet and the rooms very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the dinner was excellent. The staff is great, and the internet is reliable for work. I also appreciated the professional taxi service they provided, which was punctual and fairly priced. A top-tier stay with no complaints. While I came on business, I was also present with friends and family - we all had a good time. The Atlantic Ocean View is very very beautiful. This place is 100 feet from the Ocean.

+Enjoying this 53 m² luxury suite in February - March with high ceilings and Atlantic views at this price is something I would rarely experience in Europe. The well kept room and extremely comfortable, with soft linens, cosy carpets, comfortable settees and artwork thoughtfully matching the wall colours which included AC, a 55-inch TV, a desk with convenient sockets and a modern kitchen with pull-out tap and draining grid felt very luxurious surrounded by a row of windows bringing in plenty of light and the refreshing sea breeze. The code entry system , no key or card required made access to our room very easy. A missing hairdryer was promptly delivered and a fridge cooling issue was quickly resolved. Our pdfs were kindly printed and brought to the room. The atmosphere reflects a gentle Vedic-inspired approach to wellbeing, with a relaxed environment where guests can enjoy yoga, chess and peaceful surroundings. I especially enjoyed the cuisine by Chef Mohabir and assistants who cook with fresh produce from the local open market and the organic garden, giving meals an authentic flavour of Guyana and contribute greatly to the dining experience. “MDG Suites is a lovely hotel with excellent staff, food, facilities and services.”
+The building is NEW. The staff are very professional and courteous. The food is excellent. The hotel is located approx 100 feet from the Atlantic Ocean. They picked me up from the airport and the entire experience was absolutely great. This is my third time to Guyana. I travel a lot across South America. Hotels can be impersonal - MDG Suites is a small 11 room hotel that provides a personalized experience. I am definitely coming back!
