“Would never return there.”
+It was close to the pier.
−There was no hot water to take a shower. The other tenant that was there the day before told me he had to take a cold shower, the owner was told of the problem but did nothing about it. I called the owner and he came to fix the problem but he couldn't fix it so I didn't take a shower that night. The next day a plumber came in and fixed the water heater. The owner's wife was very understanding. The son struggled with language apart from italian. They want to be paid in cash as soon as you walk in. I can see why.

“It was the worst stay ever!!! Would never recommend it!”
+The only good thing about this property- location.
−1. We were not informed that we need a key to the property. By luck we met the staff personal by the door with another couple. 2. Property Description has lift, but before you get to the lift, you need to go up 15-20 steps with your luggage. 3. Water in the shower and the sink was cold. NO hot water at all!!! 4. There was NO toilet paper when we got to the room!!! We had ro wait until the staff person bought it and brought to our room 5. Shower floor was dirty, the water did to drain,and all the dirt was on me feet, while I was showering with a cold water.

+La ubicación es ideal porque estás a dos cuadras del centro comercial, la feria y la calle de restaurantes. Buena opción si queres pasar una noche previo a embarcarte.
−Lo único que falta es un aire acondicionado pero tiene dos ventiladores que fueron suficientes.

“DESAGRADABLE”
+Nada, nada era bueno. Salí con ansiedad y llorando del mal estado que estaba todo.
−No me gustó absolutamente nada, ya que todo lo que se ve en las fotos no es nada real. La casa estaba súper sucia, el baño era casi imposible poder bañarse, la suciedad era acumulada con moho y hongos en la cocina, y baños. Hacía muchísima calor y no tiene aire solo un ventilador que nos lo prestó y que estaba llenísimo de polvo. El wifi no iba para nada, era pésimo todo.. cuando le reclamé que me devolviera el dinero o al menos el 50% no quiso. El casero es muy desagradable.

+Мы отдыхали в этом отеле в августе 2025г. Спасибо Диего. Отель расположен близко к набережной, очень много достопримечательностей, удобная локация, рядом очень много баров, кафе, ресторанов. Также рекомендуем посетить город Санта Маринели. от Чивитавекия до Манте Маринеле ездят поезда, туда и обратно всего 2,20 евро. В этом городе вы можете увидеть статую моряка и ее девушки, которые встречаются после долгой разлуки. Всем рекомендую данный отель. Чисто, комфортно, удобная локация и не далеко от станции.
