“An ideal location, warm & cosy with a friendly atmosphere.”
+Rooms were very clean and suited our needs perfectly. My room was facing the Main Street but you can’t hear the general hustle & bustle in the room. There was a good variety to choose from for breakfast.
−The bed I had was a little lumpy, it felt like it was ready for a new mattress but not so much that it was too uncomfortable to sleep in. I felt the restaurant prices were a little bit overpriced for what was on offer but having said that they were good portion sizes & the food was lovely.

“Service in the bar is abysmal”
+Accomodation & breakfast were very good
−We waited 20minutes for a drink in the bar then gave up, only one barman to look after the bar & restaurant is a disgrace

“Pleasant stay for one night only”
+Perfect location for overnight stay if visiting Pitlochry for a day, especially the Enchanted Forest as it’s only a few minutes walk to the bus departures. There was great coffee machine facility in the room . Large shower. Tv with various channels and Netflix etc . Plenty storage space to hang up clothes. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was really nice as was breakfast - really good variety . Nice overall atmosphere.
−No parking available (as it’s only on a first come first serve basis), there was a lot of dust in the bedroom and in the bathroom (extractor fan covered in it), especially hanging from ceiling and door corners. Toilet pan was stained. The room was unbelievably noisy too, windows downstairs or cupboards kept rattling the whole night which made it difficult to sleep. The mattress was all sunken in the middle and the duvet felt too big for the covers as was folded at one side and felt really awkward to use.

“Good wee hotel perfectly situated.”
+Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. I was visiting Pitlochry for the Enchanted Forest and this hotel was perfectly situated for this event. We took the dog and enjoyed walks in the surrounding area. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.
