+The comfort of my accommodation was unrivalled for the price: A spacious and well-appointed guest room ,with it's plush bed that allowed useful rest ,as well as the functional bathroom. My room offered useful amenities along with exemplary cleanliness and quietness that enabled unrivaled comfort for me during my stay.I would recommend McBayne House to any discerning visitor to Hamilton seeking a comfortable and safe stayover.
−A marker at the front of the property 's driveway would have made the approach for a correct turn-in easier.

“Authentic house, Spacious room, welcoming and great value”
+We had a lovely stay in this charming and authentic older house. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful little touches. Having coffee, drinks and some snacks ready in the room was a lovely surprise. The microwave, fridge and dishes were also very convenient and made our stay even more comfortable. The parking in front of the house is very convenient. The hosts were very kind, friendly and welcoming. You can really feel the personal attention and hospitality. It was also very good value for money, especially considering the spacious room, the facilities and the warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again!
−A few small things could perhaps be improved. Sharing the bathroom with other guests was not a problem for us at all. The bathroom and entrance could perhaps benefit from a little refresh, but they also add to the charm and character of this authentic old house, so it did not bother us during our stay.

+The room has everything you may need: fridge, microwave, bowls, sink, hair dryer, and lots of treats etc. Super comfortable, Free laundry service, I was travelling for work so they even had the bill ready in an envelope.

+Great communication between the owner and us, especially when our flight got delayed by 4 hours and she agreed to wait for us until very, very late. The room was well equipped and had an AC unit and comfortable bed.
