“was short and good”
+breakfast was good. The beach is quite near to the location.
−interrupt was our stay due to the power supply shortage from time to time. but the place had a back up generator. A minus was the not working internet.

“Beautiful quiet place in the heart of paje”
+The location is amazing! 2 minutes from the main road and 3 minutes from the beach. The place is super quiet and calm, we felt very comfortable and very safe and relaxed. It felt very private because not many rooms in the villa. The stuff is amazing!

“Lovely well-situated guest house , will be even better after a few planned improvements”
+Mayssa is a lovely host, and Zaytoon works wonders to keep the place running. Breakfast is tasty, the room was very comfortable, the location is very good (although the roads to the beach tend to flood easily… not the fault of the guest house). With a few improvements reportedly in the works (new battery for backup electricity, towel racks for every room), Mayssa’s Villa can be excellent.
−Sleeping without AC during Paje’s frequent power cuts can be a hot, stuffy experience; but opening the windows can let the mozzies in. The rooms would benefit greatly from the addition of ceiling fans, which could continue to function on generator power when the AC turns off.

“It’s okay if you want just a room to sleep.”
+The lady who is making breakfast and is cleaning is really friendly. Also, the beach is within walking distance and it’s a more quiet area.
−The owner made us feel really stressed. On New Years Eve she came down half naked and super drunk and tried to explain us that she hopes for this place to be a place of peace. But it’s not at all! When the lady was making our breakfast she would always stress her to go and do something else. And in the end she told us we didn’t pay even though the money was paid six weeks ago and I had proof. The breakfast area is a dark room in the back and everyone was walking past our window so we had to keep the curtains always closed. It is really not a welcoming outside area and we didn’t once spend time at the pool. The breakfast was not the best either. Toast, eggs and fruits and one time she gave us the toast the people before didn’t finish.
