“A very satisfied customer”
+The Ingleborough room we were in was better than expected. The food was very good and unlike in a hotel, the breakfasts were cooked fresh. So that's a big positive. Plus a choice of cooked breakfast if you don't want to go for the full English breakfast you can have the lighter option. The staff were very pleasant and it felt homely
−The water pressure was a bit down but you could still have a decent shower. The WiFi code though didn't work. So that was a bit unfortunate. I tried different versions of what was written down and nothing worked. But this is only a minor problem. We were out walking most of the time and only spent the evening in the hotel. So overall, it was only a very minor niggle (I still had 4G).

“Tired. The place and me after moving on.”
+Room clean spacious quiet cool. Slept well. Staff had to be pushed to get help
−No WiFi. Couldn’t plan next days navigation. Bike tour. Making this a big disappointment / inconvenience. Enquiry met with a shrug of shoulders.
