+The location was excellent walking distance to Pike's Place Market and many restaurants. The hotel room was nicely decorated and charming, plus we had offered two bathrooms, which was quite convenient for a family of four.

“A nice stay in Seattle”
+A great location, a beautiful building and a nice staff. We had a very large nice large room on the 2nd floor.
−Unfortunately the weight room was over head. You could hear the weight banging. The noise of sirens, etc were loud.

“Will never set foot in here again with the one exception being the restaurant.”
+Oliver’s restaurant
−Too few chargers & electric outlets. Not greeted by a doorman nor was anyone resembling a bellman around. When checking In only one woman dressed in street clothes. Room quite average nothing special. Not a three star hotel; not a five. Second rate hotel just a cut above a motel 6 except for the restaurant which was the only thing close to a high end hotel. Thought it would be a much better site than it was. Only the restaurant & location measured up.

+The hotel is beautiful. Staff was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my mother that was in a walker. The customer service was amazing, rooms were clean, bigger than I imagined, and very comfortable.
−Can not think of any cons.
