“Impressive on every level!”
+The best hotel in which I have ever stayed. I am 63. Every aspect of this hotel is truly first class and more. The spacious rooms, wonderful facilities and marvellous food. The location on the tea plantation ensures a scenic and quiet experience. The pool area is private and perfect. The plants are beautifully maintained. The staff are uniformly friendly, attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Pretty, the wonderful ambassador for the Mayfair Group in the Vintage Bar, Arindam for his ever helpful service in the quite amazing breakfast lounge and Shivanash who afforded us a warm welcome on arrival and set us up for a profoundly enjoyable and satisfying first stay in a Mayfair hotel.
−Having to leave!

“A serene and majestic retreat amidst lush tea gardens, offering a memorable stay despite a few service-related hiccups.”
+The property is an absolute delight, serene, majestic, and beautifully nestled amidst 200 acres of lush tea gardens. With so much to experience and enjoy within the resort itself, one never feels the need to step outside. It is the perfect retreat to relax, recharge, and create memorable moments with family and friends. Specially the Chai ki Tapri is a unique experience.
−The check-in and checkout processes were unnecessarily time-consuming, with considerable confusion among the reception staff. During checkout, the team initially declined to honour the food and beverage discount included in our Booking.com package. After considerable discussion and follow-up, the discount was eventually applied. Such benefits should be clearly recorded in the hotel’s system in advance, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and hassle-free checkout experience for guests. Last not the least as the property has multiple restaurants and facilities at Checkin all must be briefed to guests so that the guests can make most during the stay.
