“It was a good hotel with nice location.”
+The location was very good, the brekafast was delicious and the staff was very welcoming.
−I didn’t like the loud music outside in the evening and the hotel needs more facilities to let your clothes.

“⚠️ AVOID THIS HOTEL - Terrible Hygiene, Noise and Misleading Photos!”
+Unfortunately, there was nothing positive about our stay worth mentioning. The experience was disappointing from beginning to end.
−⚠️ WARNING - AVOID THIS HOTEL! One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The reality is completely different from what is advertised on Booking.com. The room was practically uninhabitable. The walls seemed to be made of cardboard-thin partitions and literally vibrated all night from extremely loud music. Sleeping was almost impossible. A strong smell of cigarette smoke constantly entered the room through the ventilation system from the lower floors. There was rusty tap water, mold in the bathroom, poor cleanliness, and a breakfast that bore little resemblance to the advertised photos. The food was of extremely poor quality and questionable freshness and hygiene. Even the balcony door lock was defective, although compared to everything else, this was almost a minor inconvenience. The most shocking part was the hotel's attitude. When I raised these issues with the receptionist, he simply denied everything. Upon check-in, he had proudly told me that this was "the best room in the entire hotel." If this was their best room, I can only imagine the condition of the others! Even worse, when Booking.com contacted the property regarding my complaint, the hotel denied the problems

+A special mention to the wonderful staff, especially Sayed, who made our stay even more memorable. ❤️ We arrived early, and Sayed kindly allowed us to use a room to freshen up, which we truly appreciated after our long journey. These thoughtful gestures made us feel so welcome. Thank you for your kindness and excellent hospitality! 🥰
−The bedsheets could use some improvement. They looked a bit worn out and were slightly too small for the bed, leaving parts of the mattress exposed. Replacing them with properly fitted, fresh bedsheets would make the stay more comfortable.

−They didnt have electricity and water, main conditions to have in hotel. Also neigberhood was so loud, you can not sleep. We had to leave hotel and cancel our reservation because it was scary to be there. We wrote everything to booking to get our money back, but we didnt get any answer yet...we will see how would it be.
