“City Break in Palermo”
+The accommodation was a little different from the norm, with a jacuzzi bath in the bedroom and a large double shower in it with various options
−I'm not a fan of accommodation within a residential building, but it was safe and secure.

“Shite!!”
+The toilet flushed well.
−Reception was non existent, cleanliness was poor, cleaner hanging out of windows smoking cigarettes, no wardrobe, no iron, no shelf in bathroom for toiletries, no dressing table or any kind of drawers, no tea/coffee facilities. If your idea of a good breakfast is a terrible coffee from a machine from the 1990s and a sugar doughnut then you’ll be fine. Ants in the room, mattress was at least 15 yrs old and uncomfortable, dirty glasses, all in all top notch!!

“Great room, not so great check in and check out”
+The room was great! We appreciated the special touches, such as the complementary crisps and drinks. Location was good too. It was easy to get to the centre of Palermo by bus (or by foot, in cooler weather).
−Check in and check out weren't great. We had trouble finding the place and once we were there, no one answered the door or the phone. We eventually received check in instructions via whatsapp, which were comprehensive and easy to follow. We then asked if there was somewhere we could leave our bags after check out and were informed that we could leave them at the property, all we had to do was leave them with the person on reception at check out. However, during the whole time we were there, we didn't see one person and it wasn't a surprise when check out came around and there was no one to give our bags to. We tried contacting the property by phone and whatsapp, but they never answered us and we were forced to find another solution and almost missed the tour we had booked that morning. We would have been happy to leave them somewhere else, but as the property had specifically told us we could leave them there, we felt a bit let down.

“Prima verblijf maar wel met kanttekeningen”

−Het ontbijt is heel erg karig. Zelfs geen brood en boter. Slechte koffie uit automaat en de communicatie met de contactpersoon van de accommodatie. Alles pet whatsapp, maar reageren niet of nauwelijks.

“Supeeeer consigliata”
+Le varie bevande incluse, la grandezza della camera (oltre ovviamente alla bellezza) e le vibes che deva, quando entri sembra di stare su un'astronave per quanto era particolare e calzante l'atmosfera e il design.
−In realtà era tutto molto buono, per i miei gusti avrei lasciato qualcosina in più per accompagnare le bevande ma comunque un esperienza super ottima.

“Si può fare di più, tanto di più.”
+La camera è senz’altro molto spaziosa, grande potenziale, posizione non centralissima ma in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in via Maqueda. Seppur presente solo al nostro arrivo il personale si è dimostrato gentile.
−Non so se sia stato un caso, ma in un certo senso me lo auguro. La camera dispone di due bagni: uno, quello principale, lo abbiamo trovato con la doccia sporca, sabbia e ciocche di capelli, tappo svitato. Abbiamo così deciso di usare il secondo: è bastata una doccia di 5 minuti per allagare tutto il bagno e parte della stanza: scarico intasato e doccia che si trasforma in piscina. Muffa in abbondanza. Lenzuola bucate in più punti e colazione con macchinetta automatica per caffè e bevande, poco “exclusive”. Palazzo nel quale è allocata la camera molto vecchio e non in linea, ma questo non dipende dalla struttura. Insomma, da una struttura con questo nome ci aspettavamo tanto di più.

+Le SPA au dessus du lit fait son effet. On était dans l’appartement 4, c’est très grand. Il y a une bouteille de prosecco, des sodas et de l’eau au frigo en libre accès. Emplacement très facile d’accès. 10/12 min à pieds. Un parking payant sécurisé juste en face de l’hôtel.
−Ce n’est pas très propre. C’est dommage car le fait que ça soit mal entretenu retire le charme de cette suite… poubelle toute rouillée et pédale cassée, bonde de douche absente, canapé sale, sol avec des saletés … La salle de bain avec la baignoire à remous ne fonctionnait pas. C’est dommage. Il y a plein de jets autour des murs et ça ne marche pas. Les climatiseurs dysfonctionnent, ils jettent des glaçons d’un coup par terre, ils se mettent à goutter en pleine nuit sans que rien ait changé au programme.
