“Excellent location close to everything superb offering and service I will come back to stay at Master Trevi again”
+I can see why they call it Master Trevi as it’s well located just around the corner to the Trevi Fountain. It also has excellent security and is nestled between two streets that reduces any noise significantly. I also like the combination of an apartment style living with a kitchenette coupled with hotel type services. The kitchenette in the reception area provides free food and drink 24 hours a day which is a really nice offering I’ve never experienced before. Also the staff were amazing to work with always helpful.
−There is nothing I can think of

“Exceptional”
+I've been to Rome many times, and this is easily the best hotel I stayed in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, wither for shopping, sightseeing, or just going for a walk. The room was very spacious and the little kitchenette had everything you'd need.
−A minor complaint, but the chairs in the balcony need some cushions.

“Great place to stay in Rome!”
+The staff, especially Michael and Lorenzo, are uber nice, welcoming and helpful. The place is very neat and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable (we were 3 people). The location is also amazing (2 minutes from trevi and a walking distance from anything else). All in all, one of the best hotels we had the chance to stay in.

“Master Trevi exceeded all expectations , beautiful design, spotless spacious rooms, warm staff, and thoughtful touches l”
+Absolutely loved our stay at Master Trevi. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, the design is stunning, and the room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully detailed. We especially appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room and the open bar in the lobby , such a rare and thoughtful touch. Everything felt stylish, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Highly recommended.

“Location!! Location!! Location!! Very clean and comfortable studio.”
+The location was great!! In the middle of the city and yet very quiet!! Would love to come back!
−Hello there! We arrived in Rome on October 8th in the morning. The hotel was very accommodating in checking us into our room around 11:00 am. We have a very comfortable studio. However, in the last 4 nights, three nights the fire alarm went off! On Thursday, October 9th it went off in the middle of the night! On the 10th it went off around 12:45 am and on the 11th at around 11:00pm. We have been told that a technician will be coming in the following morning. We have been very disturbed for the two nights. We could not sleep after that for those nights. Our stay after that was very pleasant. The property's location was excellent and the studio was cleaned every day. As you know, I like making my reservations through Booking.com. Please see what you can do to compensate me. Regards Rano Singh
