−The area is under construction, so it very noisy and dangerous to enter the place. Also the elevator is very old and stuck few times made me climb up 3 gloors many times. A lot of ants in the room and the apartment itself . The bathtub is full of rust and limescale.

“Not valuable for the money”
+The location is good
−Is not clear where the reception is, we arrived at 14 and the room was not ready yet, and they didn’t communicate anything to us. We had to wait 1 h more. They also asked us to pay the council tax by cash cause the card machine was broken, but when we said we couldn’t withdraw they made us pay by card….. Last but not least, the room with separate bathroom is very noisy and you can hear anything from the kitchen. So we have been woken up at 6.30 by other people using the kitchen. I don’t think this place is valuable for the money.

“Location and the room was ok, safe building but the staff very difficult to manage”
+Location was ok , the zone it’s not too safe at night but you still comfy.
−The staff was very rude, and difficult to communicate, they only paid attention to city tax fee. And they are very inaccessible with the way we would like to pay. And after starting to think we would not want to pay.
