+The staff
−Trash left in the rooms. Carpets and bathroom floor where dirty. Had to pay for wifi and breakfast. Dinning room area dirty. Pool was hot and not clean. Menu was lacking for food choices. Prices for snacks were way over priced.

“Good spot in Memphis for comfort if you have a car to travel around town.”
+This was a wonderful classy place. Very comfortable rooms. Great bar (though really really pricey). Great breakfast.
−Some of my early morning breakfasts found the lobby not quite ready for guests--dishes etc. from the night before. These were cleaned up later, but I was surprised that it wasn't done before guests would start waking.

“Great hotel, amazing staff!”
+Location was great and was close to every food spot imaginable.
−WiFi was not the best. Regardless, I was barely in the room and didn’t pay too much attention to that.
