“Comfortable hotel”
+Although it seems far from the city center it's easy to reach via metro. Comfortable place to stay.

+The room and bed were comfortable. There was a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and safe in the room. The conference rooms were nice and Wifi in the conference rooms worked well. The food they served was great! All the staff members I interacted with were friendly and approachable. The salad bar options and 3 meat choices as well as gluten free options were served at the lunches and dinners we had there.
−There was a water outage and I was never notified - Not during check in and not day of. Other people I knew were told the night before during their check-in and they received a letter under their room door. Not bad but different...the doorways into the bathrooms were very narrow. I was disappointed that despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member, Wifi in the rooms was not free.

−No breakfast provided for free with hotel costing a substantial rate. Only option was over $20 buffet.

+Great hotel. The room was impeccable and I slept like a baby. I stayed here only for one night, because I had a long layover. The front desk agent, Ulises, was really helpful in answering our questions. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport is super convenient as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have a longer layover, especially because Ohare Airport doesn't have chairs where you can stretch your legs or lie down.

+Would have preferred complimentary breakfast even if only continental breakfast
−Cost of breakfast buffet and no option for ala cart ordering. We are in our 70s, we had a very long walk from elevator to our room. You would the think front desk staff would pay more attention to assigning location of rooms to elderly travelers Couple we were traveling with heard kids screaming in adjacent room and saw them jumping on the beds. Turns out a group of moms were down in the bar drinking and not supervising kids. An ice hockey team from Michigan

+Close to airport and shuttle service. Fast check in.
−Cleaneless of the room. The wall has a big stain; towels were old and night table drawer has still food /trash from previous guest. The beds were small even was advertise as a queen beds. Overall, my main concern is the room was not what I was expected from the hotel chain. This side of the hotel has old rooms need to be renovated and paid more attention of room service for future guest.

+The accommodations and the generosity of Mr. Roberts and the staff while dinning.
−The bathroom needs to be updated in the rooms. And housekeeping need to check everything before leaving. Dirty towels were folded in the shower.
