“Confirm about registration and price before you go there.”
+I booked this property and when I reached they said they won’t give me registration slip. I asked why was it not communicated before, they simply said we forgot. I paid $18 to the taxi to reach there and they said they forgot to tell me. Then they were trying to convince me to stay for just 2 days because 2 days without registration won’t be an issue. Very bad customer service

+Formally Unacceptable Experience - Do Not Recommend This establishment is a complete deception. It is essentially a converted garage marketed as a guesthouse. The owner uses deceitful tactics to overcharge guests; I was forced to pay extra for a "better room" that did not exist. The service and hygiene standards are nonexistent,basic necessities like hand soap and toilet paper were not provided. Worst of all, we had no running water for three consecutive days. Management completely ignored our messages, gave zero notice, and refused to take any responsibility. This is not how hospitality works. It is unprofessional, unhygienic, and a total scam. Avoid at all costs.

“环境好但是糟心事儿多”
+地方很大 房间也大 有厨房 前台英语很好 离景点很近 旁边200米有个特别特别不错的早餐店
−老板的女儿总是进房间走来走去或者躺下 不知道干嘛的 外面庭院总是一堆人半夜在那聊天或者外放音乐 特别吵 很难入睡

“次回は利用しないと思う”
+施設は比較的新しく建物の内外はとても綺麗。 レギスタン広場には徒歩でも20分程度で行ける為、散歩しながら観光出来る。また他の市内主要観光施設にもタクシーを利用すれば10分程度で観光可能。 また地元レストラン、小型スーパーにも徒歩数分で行けロケーション良好。
−2泊滞在したが、ドミトリーのベットルーム及びトイレ等の清掃は全く実施されず。 チェックイン可能時間から数時間後に入室したが、室内には前泊者のペットボトル、ゴミ等が多量に放置されたまま、ゴミ箱も未設置。 フロントに清掃を依頼するも、自分の担当では無いと不満タラタラにゴミを片付ける。また2日間トイレットペーパーはきれたまま、シャワー室には前泊者の使用済のバスタオル数枚がチェックアウト時まで放置されていた。 施設は新しく比較的綺麗だが、中身が伴っていない。

+Расположение отличное 👍. Рядом магазинчики, вкусная по приемлемой цене самса. Можно доехать до Регистана любым способом. Спокойный район.

+女性のドミトリーに宿泊しましたが、ホステル自体とても新しく綺麗です。キッチンもありシャワーもお湯でます。市街地まで歩いて25分くらいなので割と便利な場所かと思います。

+I loved staying in this hostel! the location is perfect. The staff is super friendly, helpfull and very kind. The rooms are comfortabel and clean. I 100% recommend staying this hostel!!

“如果要开住宿登记表就要多付好几美金，尽量不在booking上面订房间，因为线下实际收费永远比线上显示的贵3-10美金”

−住宿要另外收住宿登记的钱每人要多收4美金，明明是属于酒店自己在平台的佣金费用和酒店自己要交的税费，非要让顾客付，房间里很闷让人喘不过气，床很硬。离市中心比较远，走路很不方便，周围吃的也很少，不推荐入住
