“Great hotel with wonderful staff and an excellent restaurant”
+Staff were wonderful, really top class service. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Bathroom lovely. Breakfast was great, the restaurant was good. Also very accomodating when travelling with a dog, and we could order from the Rabbit menu in the bar area.
−The room was a little smaller than we expected given the price and location. Very narrow on one side of the bed, almost difficult to get out, no bedside table on that side. So did feel a bit cramped.

“Not a 5 star hotel”
+The staff were excellent. Extremely helpful. Lovely location and views.
−The first room (206) I was given was tiny and was supposed to be for 2 people. The decor was extremely dated and awful. Also, the fridge clicked off and on all night. I complain in the morning and were move to a bigger (not big) room, which was much better. The compromise was that there was no view. We also weren't impressed with the breakfast. It was just ok. These are things you don't expect from a supposedly 5 star hotel.
