+The location was excellent. Everything was close by, yet the place was very peaceful and quiet. Having my own balcony was a real luxury. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Even though we did not share a common language with the owner, everything went smoothly and flexibly. I would definitely consider coming back here again.
−I had some issues with the door lock and could not lock the door properly. The problem would probably have been solved if I had asked the owner, but the area felt so safe that it did not really bother me. The shower required being very quick, as the hot water ran out after only a few minutes.

+My stay at Mariko’s apartment was excellent in every way. The apartment is located on a peaceful mountainside, on the second floor of a separate house, with the owners living conveniently next door. The location is ideal: a grocery store, a vegetable market, and the bus station are all just a short walk away. The layout of the apartment was very functional. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the beautiful floral dishes added a warm, homely touch. Having the living room and kitchen as one room and the bedroom as another created a pleasant sense of space. The entire apartment - including the bathroom - was impeccably clean. On sunny days, I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony, and in the evenings, I could admire the mountain views as the sun set. It was truly lovely. The owner is exceptionally friendly, and communicating with her was always pleasant and easy. I felt genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I can warmly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Borjomi.

“Perfect accommodation in Borjomi”
+Mariko's apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We really loved the balcony with the view to the valley. You are a stone's throw away from everything that Borjomi has to offer, yet in a very quiet corner of the town.
